Oral presentations
  • Length: 12 min + 3 min discussion.
  • File format: pptx or pdf.
  • Screen ratio is 16:9.
  • Please copy your presentation on the computer in the room of your session during the break. before your session. Technical assistance will be available.
  • Pointer and microphones will be provided.
Poster presentations
  • Size: A0 portrait
  • Poster frames will be numbered according to the poster numbers in the program.
  • Adhesives to attach the poster will be provided. Please do not use your own ones!
  • Technical assistance will be available.

By air
As a capital city of Germany there are many options for travelling to Berlin.  Berlin is served by two major airports which offer multiple German and international flights daily:

by train

Tickets:
  • Tickets are bought from machines at the station or in the tramway. For buses, tickets are bought from the driver.
  • Please be aware that you may have to validate your ticket before your trip.
  • The venue is located in zone B of the city of Berlin.

  • Freie Universität: U3; buses 110, N3 (walking distance: 6 min).
  • Oskar-Helene-Heim (subway) / Clayallee (bus): U3; buses 115, 285, 623, N10, X10 (walking distance: 9 min).
